Connecticut Yarn & Wool Company is a collectively owned and operated store located in Haddam, Connecticut. Founded and operated by local knitters, we are passionate about our hobby of choice, and excited to do our part in advancing this wonderful pastime to all generations and skill levels of knitters.

Classes and knitting help are ALWAYS FREE. You can participate in our scheduled classes, or just drop in with your project at any time. We have several qualified knitting and crochet teachers, and each of our teachers brings a different personality, teaching style, and his and her own ideas to help you out. If you have a favorite teacher you like to work with, simply call ahead to be sure your preferred teacher is in on that day.
